In recent years, women's sports have rapidly gained traction and popularity, leading to growth in other aspects of the game, such as media exposure and athletic facilities. Despite this progress, sports science research remains behind. Most training methods and injury prevention strategies are based on male-dominated studies, leaving females underrepresented once again. The female and male body are structured with significant difference, and the lack of research towards female athletes leaves a gap that directly impacts injury prevention and recovery, especially in physical sports like women's basketball. This program is designed specifically for female athletes and focuses on how they move, load, and land, with training focused on female athletic performance and injury prevention.
